Chinese Tea?

Why am i mentioning about Chinese tea?
Well....i tell you...but keep it as a secret dude..
"I'M ON DIET" oops...not a secret anymore..lol..
If you are my close friends..."you have repeated this so many times la miss..when you wanna start?"
If you are NOT close with me..."you still wanna diet?" -->eyes scanning from top to down but not on my chubby face..pls..it's natural fat..and i dont know how to..
But i found out that when i'm serious...it really works~
i'm not lying...-->hands up to the air.

I'm not exercising but i just limit the amount of rice on my plate...hmmm?
serious? yea! my friends called me "fanthong"...u see..forget bout it..
So, one of my diet plan is drink chinese tea from morning to evening.

Let me introduce to you.. chinese "green" tea..."pu-erh" 普洱茶
The older the better~

This is the gift from my dad's friend when we visited his house..he's a big boss of pu erh tea shop in my hometown..imported lots of tea leaves.
It is the famous green tea especially among ladies as it helps "us" to maintain healthy life as well as an aid in losing weight.
It slows down the aging process too!

Pu-erh tea is Camelia sinensis (the tea plant) with large leaves from China.
I'm being taught on how to taste and enjoy the tea fragrance.
Chinese tea cup is designed in small size enabling us to focus sharp on the taste with little amount.
Take a sip..Taste it..drink it...it's the same theory as drinking wine~

My house tea set~

Reminder here as Pu-erh tea contains caffeine, it might cause headache, sleeping problems, vomiting, diarrhea, dizziness, heartbeat irregularities and heartburn.
